Nature of services & clinical scope

Sissy Clinic coordinates bespoke reconstructive, aesthetic, and gender-affirmation surgical experiences across world-class JCI-accredited tertiary hospitals. These Terms of Service govern your interaction with our online platforms, virtual HD consultations, and bespoke surgical concierge planning.

Information presented on this website does not constitute formal medical diagnosis or a substitute for direct in-person surgical examination. All operative plans are finalized only after thorough pre-operative biometric diagnostics, blood panels, and in-person consultations with our double board-certified surgical faculty.

Surgical consultations & case evaluations

Submitting a preliminary dossier or photographic set allows our surgical board to evaluate anatomical feasibility, tissue elasticity, and aesthetic suitability for procedures including:

• Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS) & deep plane structural harmonization.
• Breast augmentation and silhouette sculpting.
• Full gender affirmation surgical procedures (SRS / GRS).
• Body contouring and gluteal architectural enhancement.

The surgical team reserves complete clinical autonomy to decline or recommend alternatives for any surgical procedure if medical risks, unrealistic physiological expectations, or contraindications are present.

Patient eligibility & informed consent

To utilize our clinical concierge and schedule surgical procedures, prospective patients must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or of legal majority in their home jurisdiction).
• Provide comprehensive, transparent medical disclosure, including current medications, hormone replacement therapies (HRT), and past surgical history.
• Execute comprehensive, multilingual informed consent documentation prior to theater admission.

Operating sanctuaries, travel & medical concierge

Our operations in Bangkok, Thailand and Istanbul, Turkey are performed exclusively inside fully licensed hospital facilities with round-the-clock intensive care unit (ICU) readiness. Sissy Clinic coordinates luxury recovery sanctuary stays, private nurse staffing, airport medical transfers, and linguistic interpretation.

Patients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, medical visas (where applicable), and following pre-operative travel instructions issued by our concierge team (e.g. cessation of blood-thinning supplements 14 days prior).

Operating theater scheduling & deposits

Due to the exclusivity of our surgical theaters and dedicated surgical faculty time, reserving dates requires a deposit:

• Theater reservation deposit: Applied directly toward your aggregate surgical dossier fee.
• Rescheduling policy: Written notice of at least 30 business days prior to scheduled admission allows for rescheduling without penalty.
• Clinical cancellation: If an unforeseen medical contraindication is uncovered during mandatory pre-operative laboratory workup, our clinic works with you to reschedule or process appropriate refunds according to hospital policy.

Governing law & dispute resolution

Concierge agreements are governed under the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium and the European Union for European concierge coordination, and the local hospital jurisdictions (Thailand and Turkey) for hospital operative standards. Any formal disagreements will be handled through private, confidential arbitration in accordance with modern medical mediation rules.
