- Clinical evaluation photographs: Anatomical imagery voluntarily uploaded for preliminary surgical evaluation by double board-certified plastic surgeons.
Evaluation photographs & anatomical imagery
We acknowledge the profound intimacy and sensitivity of photographic submissions in the context of facial harmonization, body sculpting, and gender-affirming transformations.
Our sacred clinical guarantee: No evaluation photograph uploaded to Sissy Clinic is ever shared with third parties, utilized for marketing, or made public without explicit, written, notarized patient consent. All imagery is immediately transitioned to offline, GDPR-compliant biometric vaults upon initial surgical review.
Photographic submissions are stored with AES-256 military-grade encryption and are accessible solely to your designated lead surgeon and operating theater director.
Medical discretion & non-disclosure protocols
Our staff, surgical coordinators, anesthesia teams, and concierge handlers are bound by perpetual non-disclosure covenants. Under our clinical charter:
- We will never disclose your patient status, treatment trajectory, or presence in our partner recovery retreats to any external entity, employer, or commercial organization.
- Inbound and outbound telephone marketing is strictly prohibited. All official correspondence is conducted through secure digital dossiers or encrypted email.
- Financial transactions are handled through private medical billing entities ensuring quiet discretion on statement records.
Cross-border data transfers & international sanctuaries
Because Sissy Clinic operates accredited surgical sanctuaries in Thailand (Bangkok JCI Hospital) and Turkey (Istanbul JCI Pavilion), clinical consultation summaries and surgical clearances are securely transmitted across international borders to the attending surgical faculty.

Your patient rights & dossier erasure
You hold comprehensive sovereignty over your personal and medical records. At any point in your surgical journey, you may exercise:

- The right to rectify: Modify inaccurate biographical or medical contact details.
- The right to total dossier erasure: Request complete, irreversible destruction of your consultation records and uploaded photographic files, subject only to mandatory hospital surgical archive laws where a procedure has taken place.
