Deep-plane bullhorn lip lift & incisor show
Biological males have a significantly longer cutaneous upper lip (philtrum of 15–18+ mm) that hangs like a curtain over the upper teeth, creating an aged, stern expression. Through a concealed "bullhorn" incision tucked directly into the natural shadow crease at the base of the nose, we excise 4 to 7 mm of excess vertical skin and suspend the deep orbicularis fascia to the pyriform periosteum—shortening the philtrum to a feminine 11–13 mm and naturally rolling out the pink vermilion border.
- Unveils 2 to 4 mm of youthful upper central incisor show when the lips are parted at rest
- Deep SMAS/periosteal anchoring prevents downward pull on the nostrils ("sill distortion")
- Permanent vertical lip eversion without the "duck-lip" forward projection of fillers
- Tension-free trichophytic-style skin closure hiding the scar in the subnasal crease
